Fit Kit Body Care: Optimising a Key Gifting Landing Page Ahead of Peak Season
Ahead of peak season, we partnered with Fit Kit Body Care on a focused CRO project to improve their gifting collection page – the primary landing page for their Meta Ads traffic.
The goal was simple: make the page work harder to convert the traffic already coming to it.
We started by analysing customer reviews and Meta comments to understand what customers were saying, the questions they were asking, and where friction might be holding them back from purchasing.
These insights helped us identify gaps in the existing page experience and pinpoint what needed to change to better support the customer journey, address potential barriers to purchase, and give customers more confidence in their buying decisions.
From there, we translated those insights into actionable landing page improvements, designed to create a clearer, more considered path to conversion.
