What if I need extra support in a given month?
We’re committed to making sure you get the help you need. Often, you’ll have unused support hours saved from previous months that we can apply. If not, just reach out, give us a call, and we’ll make sure to find additional hours to provide the support you require.
What if I dont need any work in a given month?
We will then accumulate those hours for you to use up to the end of the same quarter. Any unused hours will be added to the following month, however they are only available to be used until the end of the quarter. This will not happen if you decide to downgrade your plan. We are happy to discuss this in more detail if it comes to it
What is the contract length?
The minimum contract is 6 months, but we are flexible to explore other options if required to suit specific needs.
What if i decide to cancel my monthly plan?
Yes you can cancel the monthly subscription, or even reduce to a plan that offers less hours. If you decide to cancel we can still work with you on ad hoc basis, but every task and completion time analysed, different to a more fluid way of working and guaranteed availability that retainer offers.
How do I give you guys the tasks?
We use Asana for task management and you can create the task or requirement directly there with completion date and we use Slack for general chat to ensure excellent communication.
